-Managed and executed social media and marketing for Slather Brand Foods beginning in March 2014.


Darkness to Light

Special Events and Development Intern

-Coordinated August 2013's Join the Movement Mondays campaign where I recruited fifteen local restaurants to join the movement against child sexual abuse and spread awareness by donating 10% of their daily profits. I promoted the campaign via The Post and Courier, Moultrie News, Charleston City Paper and Charleston Magazine, etc. Represented Darkness to Light while promoting JTMM at the Charleston Battery Soccer Game.
-Recruited in-kind donations for the 2013 Darkness to Light Gala's Live Auction from establishments including, FIG in Charleston, SC and the 21 Club in New York.
-Contributed to special event development as an assistant during production meetings and gala committee meetings.
-Successfully marketed JTMM, the 2013 Darkness to Light Gala and 2013's Guerilla Cuisine Dinner benefitting Darkness to Light via social media, local newspapers, event calendars, etc.

-Assisted with the marketing and production of the 66th Annual Spring Festival of Houses and Gardens, the Foundation's largest fundraiser.
