Redesign of the organisational unit providing support to the Company's business operations with the goal of increasing effectiveness. Harmonisation and monitoring of operational costs keeping in mind the goals of the Company and the Adris Group.
I am responsible for planning and control year budget.
Standardisation of the Company's internal acts;
- Ordinance on Procurement and General Terms of Procurement
- Standardisation of Contracts and Terms of Procurement
- Ordinance on Vehicle Fleet
- Ordinance on Telephony
The most important projects:
- SAP Implementation, MM module resulting in greater effectiveness of the procurement process
- Implementation of the Document Management System in the operations of the Records Office. The completion of this project has also resulted in a faster circulation of documents in the Company.
- Outsourcing of print solutions for the entire Company
