• Benchmark beating time to fill and quality of hire
• Effective team structure and resources to ensure we continually improve how we proactively identify internal and external talent
• The update of our recruiting systems enhancing simplicity and effectiveness while also ensuring the results of these efforts act as a launching point for additional improvements
