Responsible for the Grassroots recruiting initiatives of the North Central Region to build a candidate pipeline in our hard to fill and rural locations. Research various communities to identify recruitment opportunities that produce a diverse slate of job seekers. Establish strategic local organizational relationships by engaging in community outreach and networking. Engage local internal client participation in events and activities by partnering with Centralized Hiring Managers and Retail Ambassadors. Proactively collaborate with market Leadership to achieve results. Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners to prioritize needs and assist with executing efforts. When needed, conduct ‘Feet on the Street’ activities within the local community. Promote AT&T as an employer of choice in communities.
