Responsible for the Grassroots recruiting initiatives of the North Central Region to build a candidate pipeline in our hard to fill and rural locations. Research various communities to identify recruitment opportunities that produce a diverse slate of job seekers. Establish strategic local organizational relationships by engaging in community outreach and networking. Engage local internal client participation in events and activities by partnering with Centralized Hiring Managers and Retail Ambassadors. Proactively collaborate with market Leadership to achieve results. Work closely with Talent Attraction Partners to prioritize needs and assist with executing efforts. When needed, conduct ‘Feet on the Street’ activities within the local community. Promote AT&T as an employer of choice in communities.

Sr. Staffing Manager

Responsible for full life-cycle staffing for both Bargained and Non-Bargained positions for AT&T Mobility retail stores throughout the Pacific Northwest/West Region/North Central Region. Establish strong relationships with Centralized Hiring Managers, Directors, Area Managers, and Store Managers to ensure all hiring needs are effectively and efficiently met. Responsible for creating all new and attrition requisitions in Careerpath/Taleo. Review applicants for job qualifications, conduct pre-screens, and disposition candidates accordingly. Schedule weekly interview days for CHM’s. Prepare compensation proposals and move applicants through the salary approval process to offer stage. Ensure background checks and drug screenings are initiated and adjudicate backgrounds in compliance with background adjudication policies. Consistently provide exceptional customer service to clients, potential candidates, and peers. Complete additional projects as assigned. Assist in training and mentoring new Staffing Managers.
