During my time at Airline Reporting Corporation I led the Enterprise Agile Transformation. I developed a roadmap and strategy for the transformation. I also co-facilitated organization redesign workshops and agile education workshops. I helped organize the first Community of Practices within the organization. I helped define and communicate ARC's desired outcome and take a pragmatic approach to the transformation.

As the Agile Team Coach I facilitated Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives. I also generated stories, prioritized and refined the product backlog by engaging Product Owners. I facilitated sessions to define product roadmaps and product backlogs for Talent Management and Performance Review applications teams.




I supported an enterprise-scale application development and implementation. I initially started by eliciting the functional and nonfunctional requirements, creating process flow diagrams, and prototyping. I also produced UI guidelines.

I later went on to refining and prioritizing the program product backlog while tracking and reporting the product burndown.

I also engaged Product Owners to build 5 product backlogs for the verticals for a enterprise scale product development project. I later went on to become a team member where I supported the Product Owner by refining & prioritizing the backlog.
