Business Development, Operations, monitoring and coordinating corporate training & recruitment assignments (Internal & External) for domestic market and International Market.
Formulizing Training & Recruitment executions processes and strategies
Preparing effective annual business plan of entire BU and generating sub plans for actions to achieve business targets and revenue generation
Inducing new marketing strategies like sales promotions, product launching, market research to enhance business volumes and profitability and time to time meliorating existing strategies as per market situations
High quality Leadership capabilities in cross functional management of technical, operational, personnel, training and ultimately for sound growth & enhanced profitability of the company. Leads and motivates teams to achieve targets and improve performance
 Managing team of around 25 subordinates for entire BU at several different locations
 Making optimum use of the resources required to enable the successful carrying out of plans
Allocated resources to resolve escalated cases promptly and further analyze and rectify areas of recurring problems
Identifying training needs of the team and organizing relevant training to enhance skills to improve productivity
To work closely with the Client Organizations for identifying Training & Developmental needs of the Associates.
To interface with corporate clients, comprehend core-learning requirements and deliver structured training solutions.
Responsible for understanding every individual requirement of the client and coordinate with the internal department as per the requirement for ensuring smooth flow of service to the client.
Reviewing Client feedback and then suggesting ways to improve processes and service levels.
