• Maintain of records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other Candidates’ remarks on an internal database
• Used Job boards like Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Corp-Corp to source candidates
• Extend, negotiate, and closes candidate offers for acceptance. Sourced passive candidates through networking.
