• IT and Non-IT recruitment (US Process), working on W2 and Corp to Corp requirements from Direct Clients, Receive requirements from Manager.
• Source the profiles from various job portals, internet search and company database.
• Conducting preliminary interview with the consultants to check their expertise on various skill sets and qualify the consultant for the appropriate requirement.
• Constant follow-up with Accounts Manager for the feedback. Negotiating the rates on Contract to hire and full-time basis.
• Placing US Citizens, GC, H1B consultants.
• Familiarity with US Tax terms like 1099, W2, C2C and US Visas like H1B, EAD, OPT, GC, US Citizens.
• Working on portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder and social networking sites like LinkedIn.
• Maintain of records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other Candidates’ remarks on an internal database
• Used Job boards like Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Google, Corp-Corp to source candidates
• Extend, negotiate, and closes candidate offers for acceptance. Sourced passive candidates through networking.

• Keeping the update of the candidates and to know the comfort ability and updating/formatting the profile to get shortlisted by the vendors.
• Reaching out for the maximum number of requirements which are open in the market.
• Understand the job requirements.
• Experience with clients like Sanbeans, LogicG, InTalent Corp,MCSigma, Amzure,Galaxysoft, TeletechTeam etc.
• Coordinating with the consultant in order to know whether they are comfortable with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.
• Negotiate rates With the Vendors/ Clients.
• Coordinating with the candidates through email/phone to Intimate Consultants about client submission, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.
• Follow-up with Vendor to confirm their Date of Joining and keep the respective departments informed of the same.

• Identifying the potential vendor in the market and maintaining long lasting relationship with them.
• Identifying the skilled candidate suitable for the requirement from the market through groups, portals, database list & social networks.
• Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors whom I deal with before.
• Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with them.
