Responsible for all facets of managing a portfolio of 100 plus single family residential rental properties. Duties included but were not limited to solicitation of homeowners and procuring contracts, marketing properties, showing and leasing properties, approving all potential tenant's files, responding to homeowner and tenant concerns and issues, communications with owners as well as prospective tenants, office administration, property inspections prior to and at move-in as well as move-out, scheduling all maintenance and rent ready turns, maintain current leases, ensure collection of rents as well as lease renewals, work closely with owner and staff to market and grow the company as well as all duties of management under the property management umbrella. In addition to the privately owned rentals, I was also responsible for managing a growing portfolio of single family rentals for a bank. I managed all steps from acquiring the properties from the bank to analyzing the needs of the property, securing vendors, ensuring all projects were completed, all properties were rent ready, made sure all properties were association compliant if applicable, maintain all bills and invoices for each property, maintained budget, marketed properties as well as ensured the placement of qualified tenants.
