Manage and drive all aspects of the technical project management including the lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously: include developing project plans for technical readiness project deliverables, develop project/cost estimates, and provide forecasting for each project to ensure compliance with client budget targets.
Technical team management:
Manage teams of offshore and onshore Technical resources; responsible for ensuring technical tasks are met, issues addressed and review of client communications and coordinating resources for the project within the timeline.
Clinical Resource Management;
Overseeing Clinical staff to ensure workflows are tested appropriately for an upgrade; Addressing and escalating issues on the clinical workflows; Specifically managed 90 clinical consultants brought in for the live activation at a large EHR client
Project Manager Team Management:
Oversee a team of new Project Manager. This entails shadowing client calls for quality assurance; Ensuring milestones are met; Training on technical processes to ensure staff understands the process; Training on financials for the project; Sharing knowledge base to ensure knowledge of IT and Company policy
Oversee teams that work with clients to assist with transforming their primary care practices into medical homes.
Regulatory requirements and Clinical Productivity;
Working with clinical staff on meeting Meaningful Use criteria; Working directly with Providers and clinical staff to review the criteria for small providers’ offices to become certified for NCQA recognition. Reviewing their clinical data to ensure meets the requirements for NCQA and that the office is meeting the quality outcomes. Reviewing EHR software for reporting compliance.
Manage an onsite Technical team that reviews the Client's Operating System on a performance/ optimization standpoint and working directly with client IT and clinical staff.
Technical team management:
Work directly with clinical staff onsite to review the workflows and errors seen in their system to ensure user satisfaction; Overseeing Clinical staff to ensure workflows are tested appropriately for an upgrade; Addressing and escalating issues on the clinical workflows; discussions with Providers of the operability of the system.
