• Manage independently key operational processes everyday, including deliveries, freight flow, inventory replenishment, cash handling and deposit collection, and physical security procedures 24/7
• Conduct weekly sales specialist meetings to provide updates on performance achievements, number of installation leads in the pipeline, best practices, opportunities for sales growth, and opportunities for thoughts and concerns to be heard
