Redefining work is about making work work for you. On we talk about how to get creative and how to be strategic with your career. How do you work hard but not burn out? How do you take risks and feel good doing it?

Co-Founder / CEO

A coaching network created to help young professional women overcome roadblocks in their careers.

BOULD started as an idea in business school but quickly developed to a series of events. We hosted workshops and panels teaching women how to negotiate, how to overcome confidence issues, and how to build a personal brand with impact.

It may be a bit subdued at first, but it’s wiser, deeper, and usually the place from where our best work originates. It’s expansive imagination. It’s the zone. Do you want to work from your most creative place?

B.A. & MBA, Public Relations and Political Science / Marketing

As a dual major attending both the Newhouse school and Arts & Sciences, I immersed myself in public relations and political science. My Newhouse education led me to work in media after graduation.

After a few years, I knew I wanted to learn the ins and outs of running a business so I went back to school for my MBA. In grad school, I started to realize my passion for entrepreneurship and business as my co-founders and I started building BOULD.
