• Led annual planning process for $90MM+ brand. Developed brand’s 2011 objectives, strategies, and high level plans by working with cross-functional teams to assess brand opportunities to deliver sales growth. Presented to Senior VP & Marketing Leadership Team.

• Managed advertising & communication plan’s strategic development and implementation across TV, print & digital by working with creative and media planning agencies to ensure effective messaging to drive sales.

• Coordinated all aspects of Flintstones’ packaging refresh project ensuring new packaging reflects consumer research insights, licensor requirements, and strong presence at customers’ shelves without increasing COGS.

• Developed Flintstones’ first comprehensive Hispanic strategy & analysis including market & consumer research, ROI. Oversaw development, implementation of Hispanic in-store sampling and WOM programs.
