o payroll for 150 employees in 6 states,

o ensure compliance as required by federal and state standards including FMLA, FLSA, Workers Compensation, Affirmative Action, ACA, as well as processing and documenting terminations.
Integral part of Employee Relations process including:
o Development of Verbal and Written warning documentation, PIP program, and was coached and mentored on delivering employee relations conversations with employees and managers.
