Fashion-focused startup that began with the idea to connect fashion seekers and fashion experts directly, currently in beta stage.
• Spearheaded Facebook marketing, increased number of likes by 300 and number of user talking about our service by 70%.
• Conducted 30 user-experience and need finding interviews over the course of two weeks and convinced team of five engineers to rebrand. Proposed actions taken include: shift service focus to question and answer format, redesign landing and boarding page, and begin the process of renaming.
• Collaborated with head designer in site’s redesign, with heavy emphasis on user interface optimization.
• Point person for marketing, customer service, and external communications with other businesses or entities.
