Working in a trauma level 3 hospital on the medical surgical unit began as a certified nursing assistant and then became the unit secretary for a 35 bed unit. Assisting with charting inputting doctors orders,scheduling patient appointments. I oversaw creating new patient charts in processing and discharging each patient.
