Working as the Operations Manager, I managed three different teams and helped refine their processes, streamlining their workflows across the teams and working directly with the CEO to adjust processes. I also led the branding efforts for the launch of Comstock & Co. in Bloomingdales headline store on 59th st. including promotional material, events, strategic partnerships, website launch and marketing outreach.
