Professional Development Coordinator, Faculty

As a faculty member of the College of Education, I teach undergraduates in their majors. Courses I have taught include: Ethics & Professional Issues, Curriculum Development, Adulthood and Aging, Special Needs, and I have had oversight for the supervision/evaulation of student teachers and school social workers in their field experiences. I also taught Resouce Management in the Educational Leadership program at the graduate level. In my role as Professional Development Coordinator for the Graduate School of Education and Professional Development, I design, develop and facilitate the implementation of high quality, individualized professional development programs for schools, companies, foundations, and governments in the United Arab Emirates. My research focus is the investigation of successful women's innovative leadership in the UAE public schools.
