In this role, I demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to quickly master new tools and technology. I was hand selected to lead the migration of the company from its parent company, Xerox Corporation, and to establish and steer an enterprise-wide conferencing service. I oversaw a $4.5M budget as part of the company’s separation and ensured appropriately allocated funds.
My key contributions included:
♦ Directing daily operations of conferencing services for clients and employees, quickly resolving issues as they arise to achieve timely and top-quality results.
♦ Managing vendors/service providers, communicating effectively to ensure delivery of conferencing services.
♦ Optimizing IT spend and attained cost savings by driving process improvements and continually meeting business needs.
