Assist Area Manager in maintaining balance in several work areas to ensure product is shipped to customer in a timely manner. Coach and train associates to help them achieve and maintain their hourly rate requirements.
Responsible for assisting the store manager in managing the day to day operations of the store and advise the store manager on the progress of the operations. This includes the reporting of profits, pay-outs and losses of the stores revenue on a daily basis. Advise the manager on possible problems or needed corrective actions. Interview potential employees and partner with HR during the on boarding process. Coach and train associates including recognition, counseling and termination processes. Plan, organize and execute store events including sales events, associate events and community events.
