I set the organisational agenda and shape CUB strategy through leading the strategic planning process. I've been able to effect some major directional changes here that have been crucial in a topline turnaround in 2015.
When there are complex issues uncovered by the strategy process, I lead large multi-functional teams to resolve them resulting in real impact to commercial performance.
I've also led several inorganic initiatives such as the Foster's defence in 2011, divestment of non-core businesses to Coca Cola Amatil, designing and implementing brand distribution arrangements and identifying acquisition opportunities.
