• Instituted a monthly feedback loop to facilitate client input into Latinum's syndicated research agenda, which had 47% membership participation within four months of launch.
• Initiated a non-competitive peer-sharing initiative on engaging African-American consumers in response to membership interest in the segment. The initiative resulted in 20% membership participation and spawned a subsequent webinar and multi-member study on the topic.
