November 2016 — Present
Administrative and financial management of MOUNAF project under the Intra-Africa Academic Mobility Scheme. The project seeks to harmonize evaluation systems and improve the internationalization of master and PhD curricula, through linking and sharing capacity and infrastructure among partner African universities for quality graduate training. The MOUNAF mobility program involves 4 regions of Africa, 6 African universities (from Morocco, Ethiopia, South Africa, DR Congo and Mozambique) and one European university (from Belgium).
To meet these objectives, The project, as designed, will play a curial role of promoting harmonization by building up a regional coherence in academic programs and designing new types of qualifications, for facilitating recognition of 'learning outcomes' as defined in terms of knowledge, skills, and relevant competences.
The MOUNAF project has also a cardinal responsibility to provide direction in developing the regional qualifications framework, by maintaining international comparability of standards, especially in the African context and ensure international competitiveness.
With close relation to this key point, the MoUNAF project wants to push the networking of the African academic world forward with various institutionalizing activities such as the establishment of an African university quality Assurance network and the creation of Afrimob (African students mobility network.
