o Provide recruitment solutions to Julphar in UAE and other MENA regions for all levels.
o Work with hiring managers to identify recruitment strategies for all recruitment needs.
o In conjunction with Talent Development, support leaders in identification of talent pipeline for the Succession Planning process
o Develop and maintain strategic alliances with key education bodies including universities and colleges
o Support and make recommendations to the business on organisational structures, job descriptions and market salaries to support the Julphar to have a great start promise
o Assist in the delivery of training and coaching to line managers in recruitment processes and provide feedback and evaluation including Behavioral Interview facilitation
o Coordinate employer branding and group advertising marketing activities
o Promote Julphar as a preferred employer to the employment market and attendance at career exhibits as required
o Support Julphar social media strategy by creating regular content for the Julphar’s Careers Facebook page.
