•First point of contact with potential CDL Class A Drivers, perform initial phone screen, providing company compensation package details , benefits, additional details regarding what A&R has to offer.
•Receive and review incoming applications, insure candidates meet company minimum requirements, perform background checks through HireRight .
•Accurately identify transportation company records and violations listed on the MVR & PSP.
•Prospect quality candidates through direct hiring pool of candidates that apply directly to A&R website , contact drivers expeditiously via telephone, email, or chat messaging.
•Analyze candidates to ensure candidates meet the minimum requirements. Work with management to assess staffing needs and priority markets to ensure and maximum all recruiting efforts.
•Works as a team with Capacity Development Managers, recruiters, and safety department to ensure all recruitment requirements are meet through proper safety checks, quality candidates, follow up and completion of employee files.
•Track and report recruiting efforts and results.
Some duties, as assigned, related to driver retention, highs & lows of the week.
•Build , and maintain driver application files within TenStreet.
