Provide leadership and communications counsel for GE’s $15B Power Services business

Communications advisor to the Senior Executive Integration Leader and 30 cross-functional integration leaders responsible for executive communications, employee engagement, and culture communications to drive meaningful dialogue to inform and inspire employees during this great time of change – by connecting 26,000 employees to the integration strategy with an emphasis on key milestones, process improvements and success stories

Chief communications lead, responsible for the internal and external communications strategy and brand development for the creation of a new GE company, FieldCore, focused on industrial field services execution across multiple energy industries (www.fieldcore.com); prepare and coach executive leaders to help internal and external audiences understand this massive change

Develop and execute communications strategies and plans for business transformation to enable integration of Alstom’s Thermal Services, GE’s Aero Services and GE’s Power Generation Services businesses; create digital collateral focused on business restructuring projects that impact people, places, and go-to-market strategies

To ensure effectiveness and employee reach, create and analyze global integration pulse surveys to help the business identify gaps and opportunities for improvement related to culture/change management; create action plans to address feedback

Co-designed and launched Power Services first employee intranet; develop inspiring employee campaigns to assist with culture change using various effective digital communications channels to create dynamic content to share employee-told stories, exemplifying the benefits of the acquisition

Manage editorial calendar, write and distribute a bi-weekly digital integration publication distributed to 26,000 employees, connecting them to the strategy and integration priorities while helping new employees navigate the world of GE
