Code the general ledger and processed vendor invoice payments. Rectify escalated accounts receivable issues from employees and vendors. Research and resolved billing and invoice problems. Assist with reconciling inventory of vehicles during month-end. Handle all accounting paperwork for dealer trades. Order duplicate certificate of origins on vehicles as needed. Process payments for dealer trades as well as cut checks for exchanges. Reconcile and post daily sales logs for management company and sales managers. Post vehicle deals onto the general ledger.
