Order Entry Co-Ordinator

Started as an Order Entry Administrator, entering orders with great attention to detail with KPI’s such as errors made. General office duties also undertaken such as filing.
Moved into the Customer Service side of the business, assisting our existing customer base with prices and lead times. Main duty dealing with remakes as well as dealing with customers chasing active orders, liaising with the operations side of the business. Vetting orders, working to achieve KPI’s.
Promoted to Order Entry Co-Ordinator, leading a team of two Order Processors. Main duties to check all orders before passing over to production. Logging KPIs for the Order Entry and Customer Service teams, assisting transport manager with routes and other office duties as and when required.
