In my current role, I happily get to work on a number of different projects around operations and finance supporting the Miami-Dade region. I have gotten to set vision for and lead execution of regional office operations to ensure efficient operations that mirror our brand. I also manage our non-payroll budget of $1M through monthly forecasting and managing team compliance

I was primarily responsible for creating and submitting expense reports in a timely fashion and communicating effectively for about 70 team members across many levels of leadership to promote and ensure compliance. I also led a number of ad hoc projects including designing the FY17 Finance Training for the recruitment team and standardizing our team's onboarding process.

In my first role out of college, I mastered Excel with no formal training or direct supervisor and identified over $5 M in savings opportunity through ad hoc reporting, data analytics, and project management related to budgeting, pharmacy utilization, and operations.
