Guest Services Team Lead; Front-End Manager

I disarm the angriest of folks and help them find their happy places when they become stressed in the great wide world of shopper's hell.

I solve problems: "Oh? An employee resembling one of the Macbeth witches didn't offer you a smile and she did your refund wrong? Let me help you with that." "Oh? You're a terrible parent who was so focused on cramming their bag of popcorn into their mouth that you lost your small human child back in the bra aisle? Let me alert security and get them found!" "Oh? You don't get along with your fellow cashier because he smells like a vat of Axe Body Spray and the insides of a garbage disposal? Let me initiate disciplinary action and get you two kids to like each other!"

I am a professional baby-sitter and helper of Guests in all shapes and sizes. I'm damn good at my job but strive to do more challenging and rewarding things...*behind a desk...like in a corporate office. I still sweat "part-time-job-always-on-her-feet" sweat, constantly ruining my Dickies pants with easy-access holes near my crotch. I want a job where I don't have to wear or replace such pants. Can you help me with this?
