- Communicate professionally with internal and external guests both in-person and over the phone.
- Daily use of point-of-sale computer, data base access and informational systems.
- Supply administrative and phone support for your office location.
- Produce and redeem wholesale, travel agent and advance purchased lift tickets and passes.
- Resolve guest product/ticket issues and perform refunds under guidance of management.
- Responsible for maintaining well-stocked and clean sales area and lobby.
- Reconcile cash and receipts at end of shift.
- Maintain professional appearance and attendance record that reflects the Vail Resorts Standards.
