•Supporting the TA function and HR team, ensuring a smooth recruitment delivery across EMEA;
•Managing external recruitment partners and the end to end recruiting process;
•Acting as a bridge between the candidate and the company or the candidate, the
recruiter/recruitment agency and the hiring manager;
•Owning the applicant tracking system, from opening requisitions to pulling reports and managing
employee profiles, workflow, evaluation forms, showing proficiency in all the platform's functionalities;
•Organizing the interview process: contacting candidates and collecting/giving feedback where
needed. Creating and sending interview invitations for all interview stages, booking meeting
rooms and setting up video conferences.
•Completing offer documents according to the templates provided and working with the TA team
to gather all information needed to do so. Uploading the offer docs in DocuSign and sending
them to the right recipients.
•Assisting the TA function with company marketing and employment branding both online and
offline, promoting job openings on social network and designing filling systems.
•Creating marketing and training material for the TA department such as guides and manuals, templates, candidate marketing collateral, etc.
