Assist in the development and maintenance of the testing center website.
Overseen the testing process of examinees.
Set-up and prepare exam rooms including equipment such as computers, headphones, recorders, and, CD players.
Greet and check the photo identification of all examinees upon entrance into a testing room.
Distribute, collect, and count testing material before and after the exam.
Follow the procedures within the testing manual, clarifying instructions, and answering questions.
Assist examinees with disabilities.
Monitor testing environments, time limits, as well as investigate or troubleshoot technical problems.
Maintain site security and watch for use of cell phones, cheating, and suspicious/ disruptive
Report any suspicious behavior to managers and testing companies.
