Support installation and testing of computer systems, software and peripherals, remote assistance using Remote Desktop and SCCM Client. Migrating user’s data from user’s computer to the new system, disconnect/reconnect, refresh and full system deployment.

Command Physical Fitness Coordinator managed 60 personnel and reduced PRT failures command wide.

Discovered a fleet-wide electrical safety hazard within the SPG-60 radar. Isolated, repaired, and reported the discrepancy to Naval Surface Warfare Center Division Port Hueneme, resulting in a fleet-wide Ordnance Alteration.

Selected to operate as a Visit, board, search, and seizure team member in a joint Navy-Coast Guard law enforcement operations that required a prize crew to return a vessel suspected in drug smuggling activities to its flagged nation for further inspection.
