Operating budget of $3.4 million dollars, with an additional $1.5 million for extraordinary expenses.
Supply Chain managment innovation and inspiration, that provides cost containment for lean operations.
Institution of work flow programs to maintain occupancy at or above 98% through leasing, and transfers of potential or current residents.
Working with local HUD field office to maintain federal standards of housing set forth by the QHWRA act of 1998.
