•Responsible for regular cash and credit card transactions, returns, exchanges, and store credits. Using the "retail pro" program.
•Auditing the cash drawer at opening and closing; confirming that deposit slips, spreadsheets, envelopes, and paperwork are correctly filled out.
•Ensuring daily merchandising, dressed store windows and feature merchandise. Giving weekly reports on beat selling items.
•Ensuring daily replenishment and providing courteous customer service to deter shoplifting.
•Training and supervising staff. Oversight of their performance; giving customer service, upkeep of the store and stock room.
•Leadership in motivational pep talk and working as a team to exceed sales goal for the day, everyday.
