I am responsible for partnering with NGO's and other NPO's .
Managing foreign interns ; providing and facilitating their internship in india.
I manage and delegate a team of 5 members to achieve our targets .
I am working as a member in OGCDP department in AIESEC in Delhi IIT,
I am responsible for marketing of the core product i.e. GCDP (internships).
I generate prospected clients for GCDP (internship) ,
Communicate with institutional heads for Delivering Information Seminars regarding GCDP.
Manage the interns and provide them with best possible projects to work on.
I teach children the language "English",and also take part in implementing projects that provide these children with the skills that guarantee employment, role models they can relate to and exposure that helps them dream big.
Did promotions around colleges for the recruitment's.
Sold around 150+ application forms .
Gave informational seminars in classrooms and
ad hoc marketing of GCDP(global community development program,internship).
Overlooked the internal examination procedure for initial selections .
Worked in administration and logistics with the interview team .
Managed the interviewees and guided them regarding the documentation required .
It is a Summer Internship Program in which I got the opportunity to get myself exposed to the real corporate world . Work under engineers ,making case studies after extensive research.
Currently in my 6th semester
Completed my 1,2,3,4 semesters with an average aggregate of 70 %.
Done a beginner level course
Completed 1st semester .
Graduated from CBSE with aggregate of 76.5%.
