Either open or close the bar depending of shift. I clean and polish all glassware. Restock any liquor or wine needed. Cut and juice lemon, lime, and orange juice daily. Multitask throughout my whole shift. Assist all employees to give customers the best dining experience. Welcome new guests to the bar and help bartenders serve signature cocktails. Clean and polish whole bar and empty trash and recycling. Familiar with whole wine list and can offer and suggest new wines to customers. Bus tables and bar when customers leave. A team player in the grand scheme of it all.
