•Manage a territory of $20 million
•Positively manage, coach and lead a team of outbound sales representatives, executives and sr. account executives to hit monthly, quarterly & yearly sales objectives.
**Each team member has a portfolio of approximately 250 customers with annual sales revenue of $2 million dollars.
•Project Management; work cross functionally within the organization to assist with strategic plans, designs and implementation of new company initiatives
•Assist with recruiting, interviewing and hiring of associates
•Assist with the development of a comprehensive training program for all new sales associates
•Personally train all new sales associates for the Midwest locations
•Develop executive presentations and reports to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement
•Implement innovative programs to increase employee loyalty and reduce turnover
•Develop and complete performance evaluations for sales team quarterly and annually
•Consistently agile by working cross functionally within the organization to provide an increase in productivity, cost savings, and increase gross profits while delivering an implacable customer experience
•Prepare reports and communication for sales team members and senior management
•Promptly resolve all customer requests, questions and complaints
•Build relationships with customers to establish long-term business growth
•Establish vendor relationships for technical support and associate education to increase market share
