Implemented programming for morning and evening worships to create the environment for campers to make decisions to follow Christ. Assisted in the evaluations of staff performances at the conclusion of camp.

Toledo First SDA Church

Task Force Youth Pastor

Directed youth ministry for ages 4-18 including but not limited to: coordinating Sabbath School, assisting in weekly Pathfinder programming, organizing outreach/evangelistic events such as a Christmas VBS and classic car show for the community, and planning monthly social events for the church congregation with intentional integration of the youth. Supported Adventist education by conducting chapel services once weekly for the Toledo Junior Academy (TJA) grades K-8 and adjunct daycare center ages 2-5, and coordinating monthly service opportunities for TJA students to serve lunch to nearly 200 homeless. Assisted in pastoral care ministry through weekly visitations of shut-ins and hospitalized, provided weekly Sabbath children's worship services, assisted in the development of a children's choir, preached monthly, and held weekly Bible studies for baptismal candidates, which led to the baptism of several teens.

Youth Ministry Practicum

Complete courses emphasizing in Youth Leadership and Youth Leadership in the SDA church. Planned and organized a conference-wide youth rally. Worked as Assistant Conference Pathfinder Director for the Minnesota conference which included planning Pathfinder Fairs, developing security and emergency procedures for conference special programs, coordinating "Teen Time", Daytime Activities, and Sabbath Afternoon Activities at Camporees, as well as shadowing the Conference Pathfinder Director in working with area coordinators and volunteers.
