I manage and market Cornell’s social travel program to maximize alumni engagement, to identify travelers who are candidates for the major gifts pipeline, and to grow sales to aid budget relief. My favorite part of this work has been developing the brand from a dusty back-of-house program to an immediately recognizable resource for alumni engagement. On any given day you can find me building relationships via cold calls and digital outreach; negotiating with vendors to boost our commissions; and growing our roster of responsible travel options in concert with Cornell's commitment to sustainability. I love hearing about the life changing moments our travelers have and knowing that I created the opportunities for those moments to be experienced.
