As part of the Audience Engagement team, I create the best user experience for more than 75 million monthly site visitors. In this capacity, I not only develop and strategically program content across WebMD’s health and wellness verticals, but also track, analyze and optimize its performance.
I partner with SEO, newsletter and social media teams in order to deliver outstanding UX and meet audience engagement goals. I also work with the editorial team to determine appropriate KPIs and develop new content features in order to meet and exceed set metrics. Additionally, I create and manage strategic content marketing campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a variety of projects and products.
