Collective Purpose is a social enterprise developed by three leading mental health organisations (WayAhead, BEING, and ARAFMI) to facilitate collaborative working, improve back office efficiencies and diversify revenue in an increasingly constrained funding environment for the not for profit sector. The Collective Purpose Hub is a collaborative, co-working space that has been carefully designed to support individuals, teams and not-for-profit organisations to achieve greater impact.
− Supervision: Management of the Collective Purpose Hub operations team
− Administration and management: management of the Collective Purpose Hub to ensure smooth daily operations and tenancy support; monitor income and expenditure; liaise with key suppliers and service providers; manage and prepare hub correspondence and reports; etc.
− Business development: create a customer focused culture; monitor quality of tenant services and tenant satisfaction to enable continuous quality improvement; develop and implement Hub policies and procedures; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and tenants to maintain and drive new business.
− Marketing and communication: implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy across a diversity of traditional and digital platforms and media.
− Facilities and event support: oversee use of meeting room facilities; coordinate and supervise events; development of collaborative Collective Purpose events and activities.
