Supervised team of 8 employees while developing and managing customer relations to maximize service satisfaction, promote goodwill, and generate repeat/referral business that contributed to sales growth. Proficient one-on-one sales with customers, including bartering with customers about prices in order to make sales. Trained new employees on computer software and general sales tactics, created employee schedules, assisted owner with online marketing via Craigslist, EBay, FaceBook, etc. and performed other general office duties. Motivated staff to achieve performance goals and ensure productive department operations. Organized monthly store wide events to network with neighboring businesses and spread positive word of mouth. Controlled strained negative customer communications by producing ways to satisfy the customer and leave a positive business outlook.
