Led customer retention strategy to expand three Fortune 1000 customers into recurring revenue and preferred partner accounts, resulted in 250% growth in existing business
Defined and streamlined go-to-market strategy; implemented full marketing and communications refresh, leading the team to design and deliver new website, marketing collateral, and campaign materials, resulting in 400% increase in web traffic
Successfully launched new LearnBIG Library and subscription courses in a SaaS model; conducted market research and led teams to determine product pricing and user interface design, secured four beta customers for pilot testing
