Conducted extensive overhaul of team’s defect wiki, updating it to include step-by-step guides, training materials and other documentation.
Train new employees on defect management and content implementation; conduct periodic refreshers.
Began defect news blog to quickly disseminate information to the team.
Regularly serve as team’s primary POC during major content releases and holidays.
Solely handled team’s transition from QC to TDP (new defect software), including gaining access and conducting training sessions.
