In this position I was required to be trust line fingerprinted, to be cleared by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's department and CPS agency as well. I was required to have a clean driving record and provide a safe and adequate environment for the two children I would care for in my home. During the hours of care I was required to prepaid bottles, change diapers, bathe, and maintain safety of the infant in my care. I was also responsible for caring for the infant's sister age 3 after daycare hours. I was responsible for picking her up from her local daycare center and was required to show identification upon checking her out. When parents came to pick children up I was required to have them sign out on a log out sheet provided to me by the county. I was also required to turn those sign in and out sheets once per month in person to the agent.
