Service Receptionist - Temporary Position

•Promptly and warmly answer phone calls and directing the customer to the appropriate representative or department as well as taking messages and
directing them to the correct party.
•Coordinate and process customer payments, customer accounts, petty cash and cheque requisitions and submit to Accounting Department.
•Distribute mail ( interoffice, courier and regular mail ) and coordinate courier pick-ups.
•Coordinate and process all necessary documents for Service Department.
•Operate a cash register, along with accepting payments from paying customers.
•Scheduling, canceling, and updating service appointments for customers.
•Constantly contact with technician regarding status of repair to keep customer informed of progress.
