I work on a project focused on developing and validating a computational model to correlate insulin signaling at the molecular level to tissue level response in vivo. Currently I am working to quantify the effects of different physiological factors on tumor growth, as well as trying to determine the cell movement patterns found in tumor formation.

Summer Intern in the Huang Research Lab

I worked independently to identify the function of the Znf179 protein in the biological protein ubiquitination pathway. By the end of summer I was able to achieve successful preliminary results in determining the protein function.
