Work directly under supervisors to make sure department runs smoothly. I make sure all positions are filled daily and make sure each job is being done correctly. I check tray line to make sure diets are put in right and patients are receiving their adequate nutrition.
Ran register, stocked and made sure store maintained cleanliness. I also came in to work different departments when needed to take inventory and maintain changing rooms.
Took incoming and outgoing customer calls to maintain customer satisfaction. Took Tech, billing, and various questions from customers. I also made sure each request was met before each call ended.
As a PACU Tech I processed patients charts, and entered orders at doctors and nurses requests. I also cared for patients before and after their surgical procedures. In the Environmental Services Dept. I cleaned and sterilized patient rooms and took care of any tasks given. As a Patient Care Associate I cared for patients and assisted nurses. In Dietary I worked as expediter and checked all trays for dietary needs as well as making sure all patient requests were met. I passed trays and worked dish room as needed.
