Manage changes to the project, scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verification techniques, to keep the project plan accurate, and reflective of approved changes.
Improves team performance by building cross functional team cohesiveness, leading and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and boost team morale.
